Projects may be delivered by Negawatts.io directly, or through the approved partner network, depending on location, geography, scale, procurement rules, capability, and other factors. The same model applies across owned solutions such as vChill, vGrid, and vPool, and across third-party technology stacks.

Factors include location, geography, scale, procurement rules, licences, instrumentation, and customer preference. Phase 1 captures partner applications and customer enquiries. Automated allocation is Phase 2+.
